Refund policy


Loop Returns:

Hammer Made utilizes Loop Returns to process online returns and exchanges. A non-refundable $10 processing fee will be assessed for each return or exchange. Customers who choose to exchange an item instead of returning it may elect to receive a $10 exchange credit, which can be applied only toward an item of equal or greater value than the original purchase; the credit will not apply if the exchanged item is of lesser value. Customers may also elect to purchase Checkout+ at the time of checkout for $2.75 per order. Checkout+ covers the cost of return shipping and waives the $10 processing fee in the event of a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still attached.  All returns & exchanges can be processed online or in store.
  • Full price items are eligible for a full refund or can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • For expedited service of full price exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and we'll process a refund for the original order when we receive the item(s).
  • Sale items ending in .00 are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
  • Final Sale items ending in .97, swimwear, boxers, pre-orders, special orders, gift cards, and gifts with purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

Price Adjustment(s):

Price adjustments on full-price items can be made within seven days of original purchase for store credit. Contact info@hammermade.com for more information.
